El Paso’s Khalid Makes Obama’s 2020 Music Playlist Again

Congrats to Khalid yet again for making it onto former President Barack Obama’s 2020 music playlist.

We are loving everything about Obama's new music playlist and there's no denying, he's a fan of Khalid's music.

Keeping with tradition, Obama continues to share his annual summer playlist of his favorite musicians and Khalid is back on that list. On Monday evening @barackobama posted the playlist for his followers featuring more than 50 songs with the caption:

“Over the past few months, I’ve spent a lot of time listening to music with my family. I wanted to share some of my favorites from the summer—including songs from some of the artists at this week’s @DemConvention. As always, it's a mix of genres that travels through various eras. I think there's something in here for everybody - hope you enjoy it.”

Obamas music picks ranged in genres, from hip-hop to country to pop and rock. It includes old school cats such as Billie Holiday, John Coltrane, and Bob Dylan. Over 50 musicians made the list that also includes Outkast, Bonnie Riatt, Sheryl Crow, Jennifer Hudson, and even Billie Eilish along with the return of Beyonce, Rihanna, and Khalid.

Back in 2018, Khalid made Obama's list of favorite songs with his collaboration featuring Normani in Love Lies. This year Obama added the remix of Know Your Worth by Khalid and Disclosure featuring Davido & Tems.

The tune is a definite add to any playlist because it serves as a reminder that we should never settle and to always Know Your Worth.
