First up, a huge shoutout to Rocketbuster Boots, the legendary El Paso boot makers who crafted a stunning custom pair for Shaboozey.

The rising country star, who was nominated for Best New Artist, rocked his custom Rocketbuster Boots during his performance of A Bar Song (Tipsy), bringing a little El Paso love straight to the GRAMMY stage.

According to a post shared on Rocketbuster Boots Instagram, The boots were styled by Neon Complex and paired with a sharp Etro suit, the look was flawless.

Shaboozey isn’t the only celebrity who has rocked Rocketbuster Boots! Hollywood stars like Kendrick Lamar and Leon Bridges (to name a few) have also showed off their custom Rocketbuster Boots.

But that’s not all. El Paso also brought home some actual GRAMMY gold!

Local talents Roger Argenis and Sam Rodriguez took home their first GRAMMY Award for their contributions to The Lucky Band’s hit album ¡Brillo, Brillo!, which won Best Children's Album.

This wasn’t the first time that Roger walked the red carpet. Back in 2022 Roger snapped photos with celebrities on the red carpet and you can see the proof for yourself here!

And El Paso’s Krystall Poppin Shined at her First Grammys

Representing El Paso in the crowd was El Paso rapper, Krystall Poppin who shared a stunning photo of herself at the event, writing:

“First time attending the Grammys 🏆 Thank you to the @recordingacademy for the invite.”

Krystall may have been a guest at the event, but with the amazing hustle she has and the work she has been doing, it’s safe to say that one day we will see her on that stage getting a Grammy of her own!

From handcrafted boots on the big stage to award-winning music, El Paso proved once again that our local talent is next level.
