Now that El Paso school districts are on a year-round calendar, parents have to find ways to keep their kids busy and out of trouble for 2 weeks, if the student doesn't have to attend during "intersession."

Intersession is reserved for students that may need interventions or additional support. For example, he or she didn’t pass STAAR, has too many absences and has fallen behind, or is failing the semester. Students who don't have any of those issues do not have to attend classes that week either, so combined with Spring Break week it amounts to two weeks off before the last half of the school year gets underway.

Here's a rundown of the area school districts and when they will be having Spring Break.
