The City of El Paso Municipal Courts Department will be upgrading their software and transitioning to a new court case management system and will make online court services unavailable beginning Thursday, October 27, through Sunday, November 6, 2016.

All Municipal Court locations will remain open for people to make payments or request records with staff working to ensure a smooth transition with little impact to the public.

Due to the transition, all municipal court locations will be closed to the public on Thursday, November 3, and Friday, November 4, to make necessary upgrades. Payments can only be made by night deposit drop off on these dates.

The new system will increase efficiency, save the court staff time with routine tasks, increase the number of reports the court can produce, and accommodate the court's growing caseload.
