El Paso’s Own Eddie Guerrero Is Getting a WWE Clothing Line
Just when you thought El Paso couldn't squeeze any more pride into the legacy of Eddie Guerrero, WWE and Los Angeles streetwear brand Civil Regime went and made it happen.
Civil Regime is teaming up with WWE for a limited-edition tribute collection honoring the WWE Hall of Famer and El Paso native, with the apparel expected to drop on April 17th, just in time for WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.
And El Paso is right in the middle of it. Pro Wrestling Legacy hosted an exclusive video production right here in the Sun City, with Sherilyn Guerrero, Eddie's daughter, front and center for the shoot. The production even brought in local lowrider car clubs to incorporate elements of El Paso's identity, and members of El Paso City Council were invited to attend in recognition of Guerrero's continued influence in the community. Sherilyn made it clear this isn't just a business move. "El Paso was my father, and my father is El Paso," she said. "He loved this community and he loved the city so much."
Civil Regime creative director Gordo Johnson echoed that sentiment, saying getting Sherilyn involved was non-negotiable. "What better way than to have his daughter be here and represent and tell her story of him as much as we're telling ours."
The shirts feature various photos of the WWE legend along with the colors of the Mexican flag, and start at $60 through Civil Regime's website. KTSM
For El Paso fans, this one hits different. Last year, local advocate Chris Rojas and other community members worked to make it official: on November 18, 2025, the City of El Paso declared Eddie Guerrero Day to honor his life, legacy, and impact on both the Sun City and WWE. KTSM
Now, just months later, his face is hitting streetwear ahead of one of wrestling's biggest weekends of the year.
Eddie Guerrero, a 1985 Jefferson High School graduate, rose to global prominence in WWE, winning multiple championships before his death in 2005. El Paso Matters
Two decades later, El Paso is still finding new ways to make sure he's never forgotten.
Lace up. Latino Heat forever.
