If there’s one thing you should know about me it’s that I am pretty much a human jukebox. I hear a word that reminds me of a song and I’ll start singing that song and as fun as that sounds, it’s not so much fun when I can’t get the song out of my head the whole day!

If you’re someone who CONSTANTLY gets songs stuck in their head and it frustrates you that you can’t get them out of your head, then you are in luck because apparently there’s a 40-second trick that can do the job for you!

Enter the Earworm Eraser—a 40-second audio track designed to banish those stubborn tunes from your brain

Earworms—those songs stuck on repeat in your head—are more common than you think. According to a 2011 Psychology of Music study, 90% of people experience them weekly. Music psychology expert Kelly Jakubowski explains that replacing an earworm with another tune can sometimes backfire, creating another earworm. That’s why the Earworm Eraser avoids catchy elements like predictable melodies and danceable tempos.

Instead, this unique track switches up its tempo, time signatures, and styles making it almost impossible to get stuck in your head.
