I'm sure the woman he exposed himself to was scared to death by this idiot, and if a child had been around who knows what kind of psychological damage he could have done.

El Paso Police say that the incident happened between one and two in the afternoon on Wednesday, February 2. The unidentified male who is described as wearing wearing a black beanie with a green marijuana leaf logo on the front, a checkered flannel type shirt with a white shirt underneath, gray pants with blue running pants or shorts under the pants, and black colored Nike brand athletic shoes.

The woman was in the children’s section of the store when she was approached by the supect. Police say the suspect said something to the woman while holding his penis in hand. Police did not say what the man said to the woman. The woman told store employees what had happened and the man left the store. The scary part of this is that the suspect is believed to frequently be in the area where the incident took place and during the course of EPPD's investigation they discovered that the woman in this report wasn't the only woman he accosted. The suspect had approached other females that same day.
