As the pandemic lingers, shows like American Idol have been having to work around COVID-19, coming up with creative ways to keep the show in production. This year American Idol will be hosting its first-ever live virtual nationwide search for the next superstar with brand-new custom-built Zoom technology. This year American Idol hopefuls across Texas including El Paso will have a chance to show off their skills in hopes of getting a callback.

Idol hopefuls will have the chance to audition face-to-face in front of American Idol producers as the Idol Across America virtual tour stops in Texas this Saturday, August 22, 2020.
