Two Dead After Crash on New Mexico’s Highway 28

A crash this morning on New Mexico's Highway 28 has forced officials to shut down a portion of the Highway.

The deadly crash happened just after 9 a.m. on Monday morning on Highway 28 and its intersection with Afton Road. According to the New Mexico Department of Transportation, two people were killed but no identities or ages have been released at this time.

Investigators haven't released much information about what caused the crash or if there are any other injuries.
