Parents and caregivers who are struggling with helping their children who have been diagnosed with ADHD now have a resource to help them do that. The San Elizario, Socorro, and Canutillo Independent School Districts are offering an ADHD Academy whose aim is to help children with the diagnosis be successful.

The Academy says that kids with ADHD daydream a lot, fidget or squirm, forget or lose things a lot, have a hard time resisting temptation, and have difficulty getting along with others. The Academy helps parents and caregivers learn how to assess those behaviors and deal with them.

Parents can contact the three districts to take part in the classes.
