Teen tanning in Texas has taken a tumultuous turn. Try saying that five times, fast. Earlier today, the Texas House voted to approve a measure that would increase the  legal age to frequent a tanning facility to 18 years of age. The bill, which met with Senate approval last month, must now pass a procedural House vote before going before Governor Rick Perry.
