Song of the Season – ‘Wonderful Christmastime’ [VIDEO]

It’s one of those songs that continues to divide a musical nation. Some — such as myself — consider “Wonderful Christmas Time” by Paul McCartney seasonal ear candy, but others regard it as a cringe-worthy track. Mostly, it gets dissed because it was written by a former Beatle many consider one of the greatest songwriters of all time, and yet it sounds like it took him all of 5 minutes to write and record.

Okay, so it’s not ”Happy Xmas (War is Over)”, so what? Just take it for what it is: a bouncy, up beat, late 70′s song about a happy holiday.
