Las Cruces city councilors will vote today on sharing expenses of a feasibility study for a mental health facility in southern New Mexico.

A study for a mental health facility is already being done by Dona Ana County, and the city council proposes that the city pay a portion of the expense using the Telshor Fund. The Telshor fund is made up of money the city has received from leasing out buildings near Memorial Medical Center that are owned by the city and county.

The meeting starts at 1 p.m. today in Las Cruces City Hall.
