Oh, what a glorious day to wear an ugly Christmas sweater. A tradition that has exploded in the recent years actually has its own national day of celebration.

The ugly Christmas sweater has taken on a life of its own, as more and more people fill their closests with the ugliest sweaters they can find. Most of the sweaters I see people where aren't actually ugly. Well, at least in my opinion.

I find them to be more embarrassing as their show some weird personal preferences such as drunk elves, naughty Santas and even some really questionable puns. Either way, ugly Christmas sweaters have made their way into the hearts of millions of people, who have now made these a true holiday tradition.

You can find tons of different people celebrating National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day on Twitter, using the hashtag by the same title. I wanted to share a few of my favorite to help motivate anyone else who might need to find a sweater in time for holiday parties or Christmas day.
