It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at our nation's capital. The First Family lit up the new National Christmas Tree last night in the park between the White House and the National Mall. The new tree -- a 26-foot Colorado blue spruce which as planted in March -- replaces the one that was knocked over by in a storm in February.

In his remarks, President Obama reminded the crowd to keep those less fortunate in mind during the holiday season, saying in part, "In this season of plenty, let's reach out to those who struggle to find work or provide for their families."
