El Paso’s Free Music Concert Series – Who’s Playing Where This Week

Whether you’re a fan of rock, jazz, cumbias or country, you'll find a local band performing it at a free outdoor concert series on just about every day of the week this time of the year. Here’s a roundup of who’s playing where this week in El Paso:

Wednesday June 12

The Rudolph Free Music Series at the State Line Bar-B-Q. Shows are 21 and older. On the patio from 8 to 10 p.m. This week, it's the return of Del Castillo. More Info

Thursday June 13

Cool Canyon Nights. WestStar Bank presents Cool Canyon Nights in the cool shade of the 1,500-seat McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre. Music starts at 6:15 p.m. Concessions, including beer, will be for sale. This week, Dusty Low. More Info

Friday June 14

Alfresco! Fridays. This week, La Guira. 6 p.m. Arts Festival Plaza located between the El Paso Museum of Art and the Plaza Theatre. No outside food or beverages, or pets allowed. More Info

Saturday June 15

Dancing In the City. The outdoor dance/concert series includes a dance lesson at 7:00 p.m. and a live music performance from 8:00 – 10:00 p.m. In the Arts Festival Plaza located between the El Paso Museum of Art and the Plaza Theatre. This week, Azucar (salsa). Call 541-4481 for more info.

Sunday June 16

Music under the Stars. Pack a picnic and take the family to the Chamizal National Memorial for an evening of music and dancing under the stars.7:30pm to 9:30pm. This week, Desert Noises. More Info

Corner Tavern Summer Patio Live Music Series, located at 2700 N. Mesa in the Cincinnati District.  Mostly local classic rock and jazz bands jamming on the patio from 6-9 p.m. This week, classic rock from FM Junkies. Call 543-6000 for more info.
