El Paso Police Release Photo Of Man Wanted In A Fatal Shooting At A Westside Pool Hall

A man was shot in a west El Paso pool hall parking lot this weekend, and later died. El Paso police have released a photo of the man they say is responsible.

Carlos Alberto Lozano, 37, is wanted on a murder charge for shooting Jorge Arturo, 32, Hinojos in the parking lot of Pockets Billiards on Mesa. Police say the two men got into an argument in the parking lot around 2 a.m. Saturday morning when Lozano allegedly shot Hinojos several times. Hinojos was taken in a private vehicle to Providence hospital where he died of his injuries.

Police say both men are from Canutillo, but have not said if they knew each other, or what the argument was about. Lozano is considered armed and dangerous and police say if you see him, don't approach him. If you see Lozano, or you have any information on his whereabouts, you are asked to call 911.
