This little boy is not only adorably bold, but he's also impeccably dressed. Check out this week moment here.

The Queen of England was attending the Epsom Derby along with Dubai royalty in Surrey, England. She was talking with the Dubai royalty when little  Mohammed bin Ahmed Jaber Al Harbi strolled over to greet her. The young boy was dressed in a dapper top hat, white tie and tails with his curly clack hair sticking out from the hat. She was speaking with the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum when he approached. He takes off his top hat and stretches his hand out to the Queen. She reciprocates his gesture and the boy then walks away, with a big grin spread across his face.

The video was posted on Sheikh Mohammed's son, Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's Instagram with the caption:

Nothing defines respect better than a proper handshake! #epsom
