There is no word on if the Vice President will be speaking to the public during her visit.

Biden and Beto O'Rourke did grab a bite at Whataburger in Dallas, but I like to think he might like a different dining experience in El Paso.

Dr. Jill Biden is scheduled to make a stop in El Paso during a tour of Texas. She will be in town on the first day of early voting.
