The new City Hall in downtown El Paso will be seeing some new faces at tomorrow's City Council meeting because a new Mayor and two new City Reps. will be sworn into office today.

If you haven't early voted in the run-off elections for El Paso Mayor, and 3 City Reps, and you want to, you still have a couple of days to get that done.

Today is not only the beginning of another week, it's the beginning of early voting in the runoff election for a new El Paso mayor and three city representatives.

City Manager Joyce Wilson went through what most of us have to do on a yearly basis yesterday - she had her employee evaluation. In what most are calling a surprising victory, El Paso voters approved all three Quality of Life bond propositions yesterday.

Can you feel it in the air?  The birds are singing, the sun is shining, and people with entirely opposite viewpoints about how the government should be run are about to spend a long day trying to convince you that they're right, and the other guys are just sheep who have drunk the kool-aid!  Happy Election Day!
