El Paso's largest indoor Halloween children's carnival returns with freaky fun and ghoulish games.

Monika spent some time at Spooktacular today and helped judge the costume contest.  She was awesome enough to send me the following photos.  Spooktacular will continue tomorrow from 10 am to 6pm and is brought to you by the Junior Women's Club of El Paso.  Make sure to get there early and dress the kiddos up since the costume contest begins promptly at 1pm!
