military homecomings

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: I never get tired of watching videos of military men and women surprising family members after long tours of duty. The latest one with an El Paso connection happened at Hurshel Antwine Elementary.

Videos of members of the military returning home to their loved ones never fail to give me the feels. More so when it's a heartwarming reunion involving the kids.

If there was one thing I wish would be home for Christmas, it would be my brother, Major Albert Mendoza of the United States Marines Corps. Since he can't be here and is overseas, I thought I'd share some other military families getting reunited for the Holidays.
