High School football season is upon us and in Texas, that means it’s time for Mum's season.

Again, to each their own. Enjoy. Do your thing. But I'd be fibbing if I didn't say I think we've gone one step too far. In my opinion, a Homecoming Mum shouldn't be more visible than the kids wearing them.

People were already taking their crowns for senior year craft projects.

Every year there seems to be a new theme for Homecoming mums so I wanted to see what locals thought those new themes would be.

It's a lot of fun to see the mums but man, I don't think I would want to wander around school all day wearing one of these.

With the "Winning Combo", fans can get a ticket to the homecoming game and something delicious to eat.
