During February when El Pasoans were struggling with rolling blackouts, El Paso Electric officials said their equipment was struggling with the below freezing temperatures because it was designed for hot,  not cold weather operations.  But with several weeks of random and in many cases, unexplained, power outages, it's beginning to look like EPE's equipment can't take the heat, either.

In February, El Paso became very, very familiar with the term rolling blackouts, when Mother Nature decided to blast us with some wickedly cold temperatures.  Well, Mama is mad again, and this time, she using fire to show us we best stop messing with Mother Nature!

Ok, so things are slowly but surely getting back to normal, but there is a lot of anger out there, and to be honest with you, I think you need to tell the people who were in charge exactly how hacked off you are!  Here is a list of officials with the City, the County, El Paso Electric, and El Paso Water Utilities.....
