After a two year hiatus, The Fred Loya light show is coming back but with a twist. El Paso Commissioners Court recently agreed on a partnership to bring the Fred Loya holiday light show to Ascarate Park.
Many Horizon area residents woke up to that unsuspecting surprise this morning but more surprising was realizing that those flat tires may have been intentional.
El Paso County Judge Ricardo Samaniego announced on his Facebook page that the August 3rd Resilience Ceremony would be taking place at Ascarate Park’s Healing Garden which sits at the entrance of the park.
