After suffering a series of health issues, from a bleeding ulcer, double pneumonia to Barrett’s oesophagus, the singer was forced to cancel over 40 tour dates, including El Paso.

Supporting acts at this time range from Tom Jones performing with him in Los Angeles to Sir Cliff Richard, while Kristeen Young will be opening up for him here in El Paso.
