What in the heck is going on in the world today?  A new disgusting TikTok trend has arrived in Amarillo.

Usually, trends take a while to reach Amarillo, but this one is just disgusting enough to have it explode here.

What Is the New TikTok Urination Trend?

The new trend on this social media platform involves people urinating on school property and recording it. Most of these people appear to be male, because it's kind of hard for a female to pop a squat and record herself peeing without giving away her identity.  However, they could be using a device like a Pstyle.

Either way, it's gross, and it is uncivilized.

The trend started on college campuses, and now someone is violating our public school property. It is only a matter of time til they pop up on the AC Campus or WT if they haven't already.

Which Amarillo Schools Have Been Targeted?

The latest videos to pop up on TikTok involving people from Amarillo have shown someone peeing on the playground equipment of the Western Plateau Elementary School. Another video showed them peeing on the Randall High School parking lot. Other users jumping on the trend have peed on the Tascosa High School property.

Why the Amarillo Community Should Be Concerned

This is where elementary school children play. Now it's covered in urine.

Even worse, commenters are encouraging them to target more schools across the area.

Ugh! Is this really where society is now?

The trend has the individuals calling themselves "pissers." These serial pissers go around peeing on school campuses in a catch me if you can kind of way. However, with every "pisser" that pops up, a "hunter" comes into play.  It's turned into a weird cat-and-mouse game played out on social media, mainly TikTok.

You won't find the links to these videos here because they don't deserve to rack up the views, but you can always search if you are that curious.

What Laws Could Be Broken in This Trend?

There are so many things wrong with this trend, where multiple laws are being broken.

This involves public urination and indecent exposure, both against the law. Punishments are likely harsher when they happen on school property

Is It Really Happening or Just a Prank?

This trend goes one of two ways: these "pissers" are actually peeing on the property, or they are playing it safe and using water or other substances to make it look like they are peeing. Either way, real or implied, the world will take it as real.

I'm sure these trenders think this is funny and just a prank, but anything that is illegal and borderline crazy is not funny.
