It's also a place for food trucks to have extra room when they just need a little more than their space on wheels. So Joe's Place has a lot to offer, and they are about to offer more. Yes, they will serve you a meal at some events, and at some, they will teach you how to make the magic yourself.

Upcoming Events: From Date Nights to Cooking Classes

An event is heading your way that will give you the skills to make some of the best dishes, to start helping you be a bit dangerous in the kitchen. It's the Movable Feast - Traveling Culinary School that will be rolling into Amarillo from Paris, France.

Meet Chef Justin Ward: Bringing Paris to Amarillo

Chef and baker, Justin Ward is excited to announce his first trip to Amarillo in July and what will hopefully be one of many. According to his recent social media post:

Join me for bread, dessert and pastry classes, as well as classes teaching knife skills, classic French sauces and even 4 course French Dining Experiences.
There will also be one baking class specifically for children 8 years old and up.
Even though this class hasn't happened in Amarillo before they are not new and they do warn that they fill up and fast. I mean you will be able to wow your family and friends and learn some killer skills to wow at your next pot luck. Walking in with a fresh homemade loaf of bread or some delicious pastries will make you the envy of the office.
