A Lubbock daycare that has served our community for 40 years has closed and will sell off items in an estate sale.

Kid N' Kaboodle Daycare In Lubbock Closes

Kid N' Kaboodle, a home daycare located at 5214 40th Street, announced the closure of the daycare on Facebook, along with a sweet video showing classes of Lubbock kids over the years.

On another post, the proprietor, known affectionately as Ms. Terri, reflected on the legacy of her daycare:

40 yrs…. Is a long time to have operated a daycare and establish a good reputation for a quality program. I think I succeeded. I have had many kids go through my program and multiple generations, I am proud of that.

The announcement was met with many congratulations on her retirement, and many Lubbock folks thanked her for the care they and/ or their children received. Yes, Kid N' Kaboodle served some families for generations!

Kid N' Kaboodle Estate Sale In Lubbock

Kid N' Kaboodle is having an estate sale with many items that would be great for a daycare business or for families with small children.

According to the Facebook Event Page, the estate sale begins June 27 through June 29th, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The sale will include classroom furniture, educational toys and games, outdoor play equipment, and various other baby and small child items. There will also be books, puzzles, and games, in addition to office furniture and equipment, and storage items.
