Texans Love Getting a Food Delivery From These Restaurants

Do you ever have one of those days when you want some pasta, sushi, a burger, or some Texas BBQ but can't get out of the house?

Luckily for us, ordering delivery Is a whole lot easier with all the apps we can download today that have someone bring the food directly to you. There was a time not that long ago when you had to call a restaurant for delivery, and even then not all of them would deliver.

But now, hundreds of delivery options are at our fingertips. Although, some options remain more popular than others.

Food delivery apps can be handy

I've only ever used apps to have food delivered to me a few times, but I have friends who do it often. Usually, I just want to use it for a coffee, but the cost isn't really worth one item...

However, if I want a whole meal or am craving something specific and can't leave what I'm doing behind, then some places would 100% be worth ordering from for me. At the top of my list in Tyler, Texas currently would be Juicy's, Go Fish, Kawas, and Brunos.

Some places are ordered from more than others

When it comes to favorite places to order from, the delivery service Favor looked into some data, giving us results of some of the top choices in bigger cities. The cities included are Austin, Houston, Galveston, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, and the Rio Grande Valley.

The goal is to recognize the 'Best in Texas,' based on the places people order from the most. For each city, there is a best for American, Mexican, Asian, Italian, BBQ, and dessert foods.

While this certainly doesn't encompass every type of food, I think it does give us a good idea of what people like the most. If I'm ever in these cities I might have to break out my Favor app and try out one of the top places.
