Only In Your State got me started. They listed several weird laws in Texas, but I was interested in the lesser-known laws. A couple of these actually took me aback. I had no clue they were illegal. In fact, some of these are violated all the time. Are you guilty of any of these?

So, remember these lesser-known laws to stay out of trouble. I've got to tell you, most of these seem quirky and even silly, but the law is the law in Texas. Stay informed and be in the know.
