According to Study.com, 52% of teachers said the ultimate gift is a handwritten letter or card from their students. 

That’s right, a heartfelt “thank you” goes a long way. Teachers treasure personal notes because they’re meaningful, memorable, and let’s face it—who doesn’t love a little recognition for their hard work?

On the flip side, the one gift you definitely want to avoid?

Booze. While wine might seem like a classy thank-you, it’s awkward when it comes from a kid—plus, not everyone drinks. Stick to the safer options.
