El Paso’s Aaron Jones Injures Knee vs Chicago, Expected to Be out Several Weeks
Aaron Jones' stellar rookie season was abruptly put on pause Sunday.
Jones reportedly suffered a sprained MCL during the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears. Word is the former UTEP running back will need several weeks to heal and will likely miss multiple games.

The Burges alum handled the first four offensive snaps and looked like he was on his way to having another strong performance, moving the chains an average of 4 yards per carry before injuring his knee and being carted off to the locker room.

Jones appears to be taking his injury in stride, vowing to come back "better than ever."
