El Paso Trucker Dead After Driving into Houston Flood Waters

You always hear the saying "don't drown, turn around", this is a very serious issue in Houston Right now and one El Paso man's fate was ended in the flood waters.

Pedro Rascon Morales, 61, of El Paso died on the Sam Houston Parkway off of Interstate 10 after driving into the flood waters Wednesday. Cell phone video was found of people that were on the same road at the time trying to break through the cabin to get to Morales but were unsuccessful.

Houston officials say another person has died in Houston floods raising the toll to eight. More flash flood warnings have been issued through Wednesday night into early Thursday morning hours.
