Get ready for another late night zoo adventure.

The El Paso Zoo will be hosting the second of three Zoo after Howlers event this Saturday, July 21. Instead of closing for the day at 4 p.m. as it normally does, the zoo will re-open at 5 p.m. and stay open until 8:30 p.m.

The theme this month is 'Zoo Keepers and Animals' in observance of National Zoo Keeper Week. Zoo staff would love it if you and/or your little ones came dressed as a Keeper or your favorite animal.

Some of what’s happening after hours includes live music from 7th Ave Band and entertainment by Odd-Lab performance group, as well as a special evening bird show.

All attractions, including the splash pad, Tree House Playground, and the all-new Hunt Family Endangered Species Carousel will be available into the evening.

After Saturday, the next time you’ll have the chance to enjoy the zoo outside regular business hours will be on August 18. For more details, visit the El Paso Zoo Facebook.
