Mike’s Video Vault – Woman Quits Job With Awesome YouTube Dance Video

An employee who had some philosophical differences with her employer had enough, and decided to let her boss know she quit with a little Kanye West and some sweet dance moves.

Video producer Marina V. Shifrin resigned from the news organization she worked for via an awesome YouTube video. The almost two-minute clip shows Marina on the job at 4:30 a.m. and busting a move to Kanye's "Gone." The subtitles read, "For almost two years, I've sacrificed my relationships, my time and energy for this job. And my boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets. So, I figured I'd make one video of my own to focus on the content instead of worry about the views. Oh, and let my boss know … I QUIT!"

The video has received a resounding applause from the Internet and more than 4 million views in only two days!
