Will The New Southwest University Park Be Ready?

I drove to the new Southwest University Ball Park today to see their progress.  What I saw surprised me.I say a lot of unfinished everything. Yes, I know they lit the park lights for the first time last night but that's the only thing that seems operational to me. The ball park is set to open 40 days from today! By the looks of it, it may not be ready. What do you think? See the video I shot today and tell me if you think the ball park can be completed in 40 days.
