Why Does Everyone Like Chico’s Tacos So Much?

I love Chico's tacos! I mean people drive miles just for the tomatoe soaked, cheese drenched delights!

I went to CHico's tacos for lunch today and naturally in this technology stricken day in age I Instagrammed a picture of my delicious adventure. I was astonished by how many Facebook and Instagram "likes" I recieved. People went nuts! Now, my question is, why is it such a favorite? Why is it such a staple in El Paso? I'd like to know El Pasoans feedback...just curious!
