28!  So, sorry if you really want to lose some weight and you're older than that.  Embrace your chubbiness! I love to embrace it! lol NOT! 

Researchers say that 28 is the perfect sweet spot for dieting.  You have enough money to eat right (sure) enough time to hit the gym (sure) your metabolism is still strong (metabolism?) you're still totally vain (who isn't nowadays) and you probably don't have multiple kids (eh?).

The researchers found people in their early 20s don't have the discipline to lose weight, and people in their 30s are too busy, and people in their 40s and 50s don't have the same motivation to get a leaner body. 

So since this is scientifically proven I guess I MUST wait until I'm 28 to be serious about my on going LIFE diet lol I got 10 more months! Mickey D's anyone?! lol
