Made famous by rapper Rocko, the phrase uoeno is an onomatopoeia of sorts for the phrase “you don’t even know.” Say it out loud.  UOENO = “You don’t even know.” Sounds just like it, right? Okay, maybe not, but now you know what it means. So no one can look at you and say “UOENO."
