What Is The Tongue Patch Surgery Weight Loss Method?

The tongue patch surgery is a new controversial weight loss fad that has everyone in Beverly Hills going crazy.

The procedure places a postage-stamp size piece of rough plastic sewn onto the tongue, making it impossible to eat and you can lose as much as 30 pounds in one month!

The $2,000 weight loss method which was created by Dr. Nikolas Chugay in California is the only clinic in the U.S. that offers the surgery which is still not approved by the FDA.

This however has not deterred woman from making appointments. The plastic that is inserted in the tongue is attached with six stitches and is left in place for about a month, no longer or risk it permanently staying on. This piece of plastic makes it difficult and painful to eat anything so the patient is forced to stick to a liquid diet, hence the dramatic weight loss. Doesn't sound too healthy...
