Welcome Home, Staff Sgt. Roberto Loeza

Staff Sgt. Roberto Loeza was a Mountain View High School graduate who served our country for 10 years in the Army.  He leaves behind his family here in El Paso, including his wife and two young children, and his sister who is serving in the Navy.

His family received his body yesterday during a ceremony at Biggs Army Airfield.

Visitation for Staff Sgt. Loeza will be today from 3pm - 9pm at the Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 N. Zaragoza.  A vigil service will be held tonight at 7pm at the funeral home chapel.  The funeral mass for Staff Sgt. Loeza will be held at 10am Friday morning at St. Michael Chapel No. 2 on Fort Bliss.

There are no words that can soften the blow of the loss of Roberto.  Our sincerest condolences and prayers go out to the Loeza family.
