Video Shows Texas Trooper Stuck in His Patrol Car Window

Looking like a scene from a movie comedy, a Texas Department of Public Safety officer was caught on video flailing his legs in a desperate attempt to free himself from the driver's side window of his patrol cruiser.

Men driving past the scene howled with laughter as they filmed the cop struggling to exit Dukes of Hazard style -- reportedly after his vehicle stalled in flood waters in Edinburg, Texas.

It's unclear why the officer chose to crawl feet first through the window instead of simply using the door.
