UTEP's Get Reel Film Series Continues With "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" This Week

This week is the final UTEP Get Reel film series for the spring with the movie feature, “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” on April 14 & 15, 2016.

The film is open to the public along with a concession stand made available to enjoy during the screenings. Previews begin at 6:30 p.m. and the film begins promptly at 7 p.m. General admission for individual films is $3, and $2 tickets are available for UTEP faculty, staff, students and alumni with valid ID. Tickets can be purchased through ticketmaster.com or the Union Box Office.

Attendees are encouraged to choose a side and dress up as the Light Side or the Dark Side. A costume contest will be held for those who dress as a Star Wars character for a chance to win prizes, including a pair of season passes to the fall 2016 Get Reel film series.

The UTEP Union Cinema is located on the first floor of Union Building East and is ADA accessible. All films will have closed captioning. For more information, call Union Services at 915-747-5711.
