UTEP Offering Dance and Ballet Classes for Kids This Spring

UTEP is now offering a spring sessions for creative dance and ballet for children beginning on February 6, 2016.

The Department of Theatre and Dance at UTEP are offering regular fall and spring 11-sessions of creative dance and ballet for children ages 4-12. The programs will focus on learning, dance concepts, creative expression, improvisation, along with developing social skills and coordination through ballet techniques and free movement.

Parents can sign up their children in either Ballet or Creative Dance classes or both at a discounted price.

Classes:

Saturdays, February 6th – April 23rd 2016 (skipping March 12th for Spring Break)

Creative Dance and Ballet Classes for Kids 11-week Spring Program:

Young Dancers (Ages 8 -12):

  • Ballet: 9 -10 a.m. = $105
  • Creative Movement: 10 -11a.m. = $105
  • Total for both programs = $200

Tiny Toes (Ages 4-7):

  • Ballet: 10 -11 a.m. = $105
  • Creative Movement: 9 -10 a.m. = $105
