The University of Texas at El Paso will be registering for their fall session being offered to adults 50 years and older on August 15, 2016.

UTEP’s 2016 fall session of courses are being offered by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute with registration opening on August 15 and ending on August 26th. Courses are open to adults ages 50 and older and begin on September 6, 2016.

Courses Include:

  • Arts and crafts
  • History
  • Health
  • Writing
  • Literature
  • Music
  • Physical activities

No prior academic credentials are required and no exams will be administered, no papers will be assigned, grades given, nor diplomas and certificates issued.

Enrollment is $70 for as many courses as desired during the 12-week term. A parking permit is also included. New members also pay a processing fee of $25.

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute seeks to develop a community of older learners who are an integral part of the UTEP campus experience. It provides learning opportunities to enhance the enjoyment, meaning and direction of adult lives as well as their health and well-being.
