The U.S. Hockey team stepped out onto the ice with the Russians and beat them today. It was a hard fought victory, but it looks like Russian President Vladmir Putin isn't too happy about it.

T.J. Oshie, who plays hockey for the St. Louis Blues, secured the win in a shootout after the game went into overtime. I don't know a dang thing about hockey, but the eight-round shootout was pretty amazing to watch and hear as the crowd rocked the ice hockey venue at the Sochi Games.

In case you don't know about that game, here are the final seconds:

That game was amazing, and many think it is the best moment in sports history. Russia will now play on Sunday against Slovakia, and the the U.S. will play Slovenia. The victory over Russia gives the USA the chance to win their group and earn a trip to the medal round quarterfinals.
USA! USA!!
