Can't get enough of those tasty food trucks? Are you more than ready to put on a sombrero and observe a Mexican “holiday” primarily celebrated in only one of Mexico's 31 states?

Then combine the two and commemorate Cinco de Mayo this Friday, May 1, with a whole fiesta of trucks (plus beer and live entertainment) at the I-10 Flea Market & Fair in East El Paso.

Food Truck First Fridays will kick off its summer run at the pulga with the aptly titled "Trucko de Mayo,” featuring 20 of El Paso’s favorite trucks -- among them Jonbalaya, Little Luna, Sweet Addiction, Moshi Box, and Old School BB Q.

In addition to the tasty eats, Frank Zona and The Edge, The Sam Barlow Band, and The Dream Merchants will be getting down with some sick beats. And, of course, it wouldn’t be a Cinco de Mayo celebration without beer, right? Trucko de Mayo promises there will be plenty of that in the Beer Garden.

So if you’re ready to party (and feed) like it's diecinueve noventa nueve, then make your way to the I-10 Flea Market & Fair behind Cowtown Boots, 11451 Gateway West, this Friday from 6 p.m. to midnight.
