Today Show Host Calls New Mexico, Mexico While Filming Live From White Sands

Recently the Today Show did a live broadcast from White Sands National Monument. Pretty cool! It was all to honor the centennial celebration of the park, 100 years going strong.

The crew opened the broadcast up live to the public and even opened the park up early at 6:30 a.m. to start the broadcast. It was all good until Savannah Guthrie called New Mexico, Mexico. Come on! It was a show featuring national parks in the United States! Just a flub, I assume so, but didn't look good on her part of being a high ranking journalist. Fail.
