SocorroFest — The City of Socorro, N.M’s 10th annual celebration on and around the historic Socorro Plaza. Dancing, native food dishes, arts and crafts booths, spirits tents, family activities and music and entertainment on multiple stages. Admission is free for most events. More Details

‘Shakespeare on the Rocks’ Theater Festival- The annual Shakespeare festival at Chamizal National Memorial Theatre. Friday, “Richard III,” Saturday "Taming of the Shrew" More Details

Haunted Mansion of Death in 3D – The annual KLAQ haunted warehouse is now open through Halloween night. 1323 N. Lee Treviño, in the old Lee Treviño Shopping Center. More Details

Chalk the Block - The 4th annual outdoor art event throughout Downtown El Paso. Includes various art projects, art vendors, live music, performance art, interactive kid’s zone, food and refreshments, pop-up galleries and more. More Details

Bliss, Brews and Que - The inaugural Kansas City BBQ Society-Sanctioned Cook-off at Freedom Crossing on Fort Bliss. Barbeque, music , beer, arts and crafts. Admission is free, and the public is welcome. More Details

La Union Maze - 12-acre circular cornfield maze on Highway 28 in La Union, N.M., next to Zin Valle Winery. More Details

Maldonado Maze - 19-acre family-owned maze on Hwy 28 in La Union, N.M. featuring a petting zoo, hayrides, slides, pedal car maze, mini mazes, and jumping balloons. More Details

Mesilla Valley Maze – The 13th annual labyrinth and pumpkin patch at Lyles Family Farm, 3855 W. Picacho, Las Cruces. More Details

Pumpkin Fest - A day dedicated to pumpkins at La Union Maze. Featuring pumpkin painting and carving, games, face painting, and pumpkin pie eating contest. Noon to 5 p.m. More Details

Farmer’s Market at Ardovino’s Desert Crossing - The 11th annual “producers only” market ends its season today. Organic and pesticide-free vegetables, locally-made goat cheeses, native plants for home and yard, fresh-baked breads and salsas. 7:30 a.m. to noon. More Details

SATURDAY – SUNDAY

La Viña Harvest Festival – New Mexico’s oldest winery’s annual fall celebration. Highway 28 in La Union, N.M. Live music and more than 20 wines available for tasting and purchase. More Details
